These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the V-KREDIT mobile application, website, and related services ("Services") provided by THANAVIRUTHI FOUNDATION ("Foundation", "We", "Us", or "Our").
By downloading, registering for, or using V-KREDIT, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.
2. Eligibility
To use V-KREDIT, you must:

You are responsible for:

You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account.

All applications are subject to verification, internal assessment, and approval. Submission of an application does not guarantee approval.
5. KYC and Verification
You agree to provide all documents and information reasonably required for Know Your Customer (KYC), identity verification, fraud prevention, and compliance with applicable laws.
Providing false, misleading, or forged information may result in rejection of your application, suspension of your account, legal action, or other remedies available under law.
6. Fees, Interest, and Repayment
Where applicable:
- Loan amounts, interest rates, processing fees, penalties, and repayment schedules will be disclosed before you accept the product.
- You agree to repay all amounts due according to the agreed schedule.
- Delayed payments may attract additional charges, subject to applicable law and the terms of the specific financial product.
7. User Responsibilities
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any unlawful purpose.
- Misrepresent your identity.
- Interfere with the operation or security of the App.
- Upload malicious software or harmful content.
- Infringe the rights of others.

10. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if:

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts where THANAVIRUTHI FOUNDATION has its registered office.
